Horrible wait time outdated rude staff and rude doctor took my wife here and I refuse to let her go back. If you have any other option I recommend you take any alternative to this place. Dr Yancey takes forever. I don't care how good a doctor is if there is no passion in what you do then don't do it . If these people don't like there jobs why do they work here stupid I swear.
The Worst Office Administration Staff I've ever seen. Going to change to a more Professional Medical Center. The Dr's and Mrs Melissa are very professional. But if one Department is slacking it takes away from the entire Experience.
I saw Dr. Becnel and I liked him but their extremely unsanitary. I used the bathroom and there was no soap I asked for soap and was told there was none in the whole Building. to use the hand sanitizer because they don't have soap because people steal it. So staff and patients are using the restroom all day everyday and touching everything in the building and no one is washing their hands that's the most disgusting thing I've ever heard I feel like I need to take a bath now.
Love everything, Except the office staff.Extremely rude!!! They really need classess on CSR. Daves Pharmacy girls should really show them how its done. If you hate your job so much, than leave!!

Some of the front office people take their jobs for Granted. You're kept it n hold for over 15minutes at a time then transferred to the back office. Most of the time the Front office just cold Transfer you.
Both times i went i had early appointments once for 9 and wasn't seen untill 3 and a half hours later........ today had a 9 and wasn't seen untill 1120....... the wait time is ridiculous not to mention when i told the doctor she very rudely replied that i can see about getting set up with another doctor , because that's her normal wait time.......... I've never seen anything like this the entire clinic sucks ........horrible doctors and staff not to mention i just needed to be seen for a simple sinus infection nothing major......... i would never recommend this place not even for my dog ......in the process of switching my pcp right .....they could have a least apologized considering i was early 10 min each time.....if you have something to do make sure you don't come here because you might as well cancel all yr plans oh and not to metion there rooms look dirty and need a serious update......
