THE ABSOLUTE WORST EYE CENTER IN THE WORLD!!! If you have an appointment, plan on being in there for 3-4hours. Went in for an eye exam appointment for 8am. Didn't leave until 1130am!! Still waiting on my contact lenses from my May 23rd appointment!! They have been verifying my insurance for 2 months! Nobody has ever called me, I have to call them. Each time they act like "somebody else" should've ordered them. Not to mention that Dr. Guarnieri is the rudest doctor I've ever dealt with. Treats his patients and his nurses like they're totally beneath him. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

While I sympathize with the other posters, I just had to comment to provide another perspective. My son and other family members have been going to Eye Associates for years and I have not experienced rude or unprofessional behavior. In fact, they are extremely accommodating when we have to cancel appointments or are running late. Although they can definitely improve with regard to wait time, I have been satisfied with the level of experience and professionalism we have been provided with.
