The school's staff and faculty are outstanding, the majority of the teachers at John Ehret are willing to help and every teacher I have had has been extremely helpful to me. As a student currently at John Ehret I can say it is an excellent school that deserves to be recognised more as a great school!!!

I would have to say this school actually has 3 schools all on 1 campus and that's kind of like an Alternative school for other students who want to jump start there lives they have the G.E.D./HiSET program in one of the buildings and they have a LEAP program for kids who are trying to get out of middle school and pursue high school and I guess Jefferson Parish has struggled with students, staff, and teachers for so long that some people cannot take much more abuse so if you don't like it than stay home and if you don't have a home you do have a place where you belong and that everyone knows there roll and should stay in there place I don't care who you are people have to be checked if needed to be and I wouldn't let them rub me the wrong way these place is known for fighting, drug trafficking, and hoes walking around thinking there hot but they are a hot mess and some of the teachers who like to flirt with students will let u know if they want ur number or if they can touch base just know that rumors will spread and jobs will be lost for things that a teacher has done or hasn't done your suppose to get it professional but I am not a snitch just know that the age of consent is 17 in the state of Louisiana but there are some restrictions that may or may not apply.

I am a former student of John Ehret. This school sadly does not have any support for students with Autism. Special ED classes are available, however I am not on that, and it is for those with physical and mental disabilities. I have also seen a lot of fighting and bullying whilst my first year there, and I was kicked out for living too far from the school range. 0/10, I do not recommend.
