Process was easy however there is only one staff member at the desk so be prepared to wait behind others who are arranging rentals as well.
I rented a truck there and the employee on duty was very helpful and courteous.

Every thing was fine but, the lady at the desk. She talked so fast and made me feel stupid when I asked what she said. I just didn't know u haul lingo. :/
