If you don't know exactly what you need and where to find it when you get here, probably just go to Home Depot. This is the second time I have found the last of an item and it didn't have a barcode. In that case, just take a picture with your phone and the associate can key it in at the register.
well when I walked in the store on my way to Plumbing and when I got into Plumbing there was at least three people asked me that I needed help at that time I didn't but then when I needed help a manager was right there for me he helped me through the process of purchasing a water heater I picked out the right one I wanted very satisfied thanks again Lowe's I was another satisfied customer
Also, this location doesn't rent moving dollies. Even though their website had them listed as a provider. It seems like they'd rather not be bothered. I don't think I'll bother them again.

Horrible, will not be back.Third time trying, never can get any help. Three customers plus myself waiting over 45 minutes. Even went to service desk twice. Finally one make yelled loud HELP, HELP HELP! Not one employee came to see what was going on. Could have been something fell on him, a heart attack or a robbery. Finally we all walked out. I had at least $500. of purchase in my basket. Your loss LOWES !
Can't find anyone to help. No one at key cutting station. Lowe's is always understaffed. Home Depot is so much better at finding someone to assist you.
